Service Areas

The kitchen has ample counter and storage space. Tile and tropical hardwood make this room a very pleasant and practical work space.

The laundry room houses two washers and a dryer. However, the dryer is rarely used because there is plenty of space for hanging linens in the laundry garden.

The Villa features hand-crafted hardwood doors and cabinetry, hand-made tile, an abundance of palapa (palm thatch), terra cotta pots, and many other design details that give it a unique “Mexican tropical” feeling. There is extensive landscaping throughout the property with over forty varieties of mature plants, shrubs, and palms, many of which flower year round.
